Now Kyiv, like many cities across Ukraine, is experiencing a massive blackout. We don’t have electricity, water, or heating in many buildings. Even the metro is not running, and its stations are being used only as shelters (because air-raid alerts are still real, with rockets in the sky as well) But I feel a strange sense of relief, because last night I finished the render and the editing. I literally think in terms of "well, at least I finished this task" It’s strange and funny at the same time that the Sims, rendering, and editing are my three pillars of escapism

This is an unusual post for my blog. For the past 3 years, this blog has been my sanctuary. I've preferred to focus here on creativity rather than address real-world issues. However, it's becoming increasingly challenging to maintain the same approach, especially without consistent access to electricity.
