Hi! I’m Vava, I hyperfixate on manga/anime titles a lot and my love language is making fanart
A little backstory: for the past three years I’ve been posting my stuff and communicating with fandom fellas on twitter only, then I had a grand art block for almost half a year and stopped posting, and then when I started to recover I realised twitter wasn’t the same anymore and it became less convenient for me, so now I’m trying to get used to new platforms, one of which is tumblr.
Important (for some people) stuff about shipping and all that (sigh)
I’ll get straight to the point: I don’t care what other people ship. If I enjoy it i’ll leave positive feedback, if I don’t I just won’t interact with such content. Or I will but I’ll still leave positive feedback if for example I’m not into the pairing but I love the art. I hate all those internet wars around ships honestly, like just chill?? All the same rules apply to all those so called “problematic ships”: if I don’t like it, I just don’t look at it (also ahem some people love calling everything problematic so… I hope y’all understand there’s no such thing as one list of all the objectively normal and objectively unacceptable stuff to ship)
As for myself, I’d say I usually ship pretty basic stuff, sometimes rarepairs, but usually not something most people find “problematic”. But I don’t owe anything to the strangers on internet, so I hope that if you see me draw/interact with some content you don’t approve of, you’ll just do what you find comfortable for yourself doing without trying to lecture me or cause drama
My fandoms
Atm I’m reading JJBA so I mostly think (and hence draw) about it, my previous major fixation was on AoT, and before that — on danmei, mainly TGCF and MDZS. I also love Chainsaw Man, Beastars, Nana and other stuff.
Some random facts about me
I’m ENFP, aside from art I’d say my main hobbies are baking and reading manga. I love buying lots of physical prints of others’ art and hanging it on the walls of my room, but due to the shipping costs I can only afford buying merch from artists from my country now (but I’ll change that one day!!) I’m pretty certain I have ADHD but I’ve never gone to a specialist to confirm that so idk lol. Aand the last random fact if anybody’s even interested I’m a bachelor of linguistics, studying for a master’s degree right now
