Absolutely no idea if the Lumberjanes have confirmed ages but here are my headcanons!
Ripley: 11. She has the energy
Jo and April: 14. My instinct is to make Jo a year or two older than April, but ofc we know that they're around the same age! I wanted to say they were 16 because of Jo going to college at such a young age, but we know from one of the issues that the campers are all too young to drive. Jo's birthday is during the summer, so I can see her turning 15 then!
Molly: 15 1/2. I think she's one of the oldest girls, both due to being the tallest and the fact that she's one of the most independent in her storyline and character arc.
Mal: 15-15 1/2. Obviously a similar age to Molly as they're dating, and her home life and hobbies suggest that she's very independent as well.
Jen: 17 1/2-18. I don't think she's quite a full adult yet, but she's definitely almost there!
Zodiacs: 16-17. I HC them as being a bit older than the Roanokes, especially since one of them(Diane) is thousands of years old. Even besides her, none of the Zodiacs(except Barney, who I think is 15) give off the vibe that they're very young, while the Roanokes often do.
I could be way off the mark with these but I hope my reasoning makes sense :>
