heyyy loves!! today i will be sharing with u guys my workout routine. i just want to say my workout routine isn’t perfect! and may not work for everyone, this is just what works for me! x

mondays: i do upper body so i do abs/waist, arms, & back workouts. i do the daisy keech 10min hourglass abs workout + at the end i add 500 crunches (when i don’t feel like doing 500 i just do 200). i also love the get abs like a victorias secret angel with martha hunt & ballet beautiful and the 5min flat belly pilates ab workout by sanne vloet. for arms i do the nina dapper lean & slim model arm workout + the 10min back burn by mary braun!

tuesdays: i do lower body so i do legs, & butt workouts. i do the nina dapper inner & outer thigh model workout for slim lean model legs (absolutely love this workout, i recommend 100%) + the slimming inner thigh model workout by robin holzken (also love this one!!). for butt workouts i do the 15 min butt workout by romee strijd (love!! such a good butt workout)

wednesdays: upper body (repeat monday)

thursdays: lower body (repeat tuesday)

fridays: upper body (repeat monday)

saturdays: lower body (repeat tuesday)

sundays: rest day :)

(sometimes on mondays and thursdays i also do 30min of jumprope + some days i also go on walks for about 2hrs)

i also think that it’s extremely important to note that ur genetics and diet play a super important part in ur results. ur diet is super important so make sure to eat!! give ur body all the nutrients it deserves and needs in order to repair ur muscles!!

i don’t follow this routine every single day sometimes my body doesn’t feel like working out and needs more than just one day out of the week to rest so i don’t workout (always listen to ur body!! don’t push urself too much).
