I was angry, not gonna lie. Hurt. Appalled even. I tried to keep my mouth shut, but the posts kept coming and coming. Discrediting every positive thing and only posting about negatives, most posts made based on things they read from other people and making a decision based on someone else’s opinion.

I woke up today and was informed of what happened. Yes it was too late when I was informed about it since it’s already been hours. And it was discussed in the admin group in order to come up with a solution to limit the damages and make this dash run smoothly and become a safe space again. No definitive plan of action was taken but we were getting there.

And then post after post after post. Let me make this VERY CLEAR. I DO NOT discredit anyone’s feelings. I understand why you were triggered. Mental health is NOT a joke. Mental health is something that should be taken VERY seriously. 

I have anxiety. Severe anxiety. And I mentioned several times about my anxiety attacks and shared several times resources like headspace etc that help me, in an effort to help others that might be dealing with the same problem.

But reading all the things people are saying about bullying, and favoritism and everything else? Let’s take favoritism first since it’s something I saw mentioned A LOT. I have asked people to leave the rp that I plotted with. Twice. I have reopened fellow admins in ACs, several times. I have given strikes to people I considered friends. Several times. I have asked admins to leave the rp, also twice I think.  The Gossip blog being biased. I have made fun of and spoke about not only my characters but the other admins characters as well. And so did the other admins.

Whenever someone came to me, I was always there to help and I always tried to find a solution to their problems. I dare anyone to say I was rude to them or that I didn’t try to help them.

And as for bullying... You all said you felt all those things, all those negative feelings. What did you gain by staying quiet and not actually coming forward? Instead of coming to me or the main or whatever, so action could be taken. There wasn’t ONE person you could talk about this so things could be handled?! 

Several times a week me or someone else asked people to come to us off anon so we could solve this. How many of you actually did that? Instead you kept it between you and your friends and probably complained about us not doing anything, right?

If you were all SO unhappy and this is such a shitty place and we were such shitty admins then why did you stay? Some of you for years! Some of you left and came back! Several times. Nobody put a gun to your head and told you you need to stay here. Nobody forced you to! 

And let’s not use the “my friends were there” excuse. If you wanted to rp with your friends, continue a ship etc you could easily have done that by leaving the rp, keeping the blogs and keep rping with the people you wanted to RP with! 

Well you got your wish, the group is done now. So enough. If you have nothing nice to say at this point, don’t. Enough negativity. You all made yourselves very clear, no need to keep at it. 

I’m not going to keep talking about the negative. I’m going to end this with the positive. Thank you all for being here. Thank you for teaching me today and the rest of the 5 years in this rp some very valuable lessons.  I’m proud for many things I did in this rp. The friendships, real or not. The creativity, the plots, the events we planned, the appreciation weeks, the positivity and the love, again real or not. It’s been fun Scandalous. I’m sad to see you go. You were a part of me.
