update: went grocery shopping today (on a sunday!!!!), put the groceries AWAY, made breakfast, did the dishes (!!), straightened up the bathroom, did AND put away my laundry AND (!!!) the clothes i still hadn’t put away after the move, currently have my bedding in the dryer + my towels and reusable tote bags in the wash….. is my adhd cured? possibly!
