“Let me tell you something, I’m very excited because I’m reading this book that I have talked before <Ten arguments for deleting your social media accounts right now>. It is incredible! I highly recommend it, if you are watching me is because you use social media and for sure you are going through all the problems be go through. All these topics about low selfstime, about comparison, about feel judge and all of that comes from social media. I’m not saying I’m leaving my social media anytime soon, I will be posting stuff of course but I do believe that if we understand how social media works, how this algorithm manipulate us it could be very helpful for us as humans and as society. Personally I really recommend this book because it is confirmed that social media give us anxiety and I do believe that it is a healthy advice from myself to you. We need to learn how to use social media. I think we are using them without being aware of them, there are some information that we are not taking in consideration about our feeds.”
