Started my meal prep... yeah, on a Tuesday... only available time I had... 5 different proteins: Chicken Fingers, Turkey Chops, Jumbo Shrimp, Tuna Steaks and Salmon... all seafood is wild caught, chicken and turkey no hormones and each seasoned differently... Tomorrow, I will do the sides, most likely all vegetables..
