It was just another afternoon, returning home from school across the river in our little dinghy boat. But suddenly, out of nowhere, the skies roared, and a monstrous storm struck us with full force. 🌩️⛈️ Heavy winds, blinding rain, thunder, and even hail attacked our tiny boat mercilessly. Our skilled boatman, quick on his instincts, steered us to the shore near the old dock of late Noor Miah Haji’s home in Rarail village. Soaked and shivering, we stood by the wall of their house. But the warmth we received from the family inside was incredible. They welcomed us in, gave us tea, snacks, and kindness that we will never forget. After the storm calmed, we boarded the boat again — heart still pounding — and finally made it home safely. This wasn’t just a storm... It was a reminder of how powerful nature is — and how beautiful humanity can be. ❤️🛶
