I don't have food diet plan, but I do boxing and swimming a lot because those are just my hobbies. I think the best way to gain weight is to consume extra protein and build up your muscles. I'm not expert in nutrition but I do know eating nuts, drinking more milk, consuming extra 500 calories per day and eating healthy fat like white cheese, avocado oil etc. will help you gain weight.
