A 1938 letter to the editor of Filmindia from a young "V.P. Windlass".
While he didnât end up an actor, he founded a company a couple of years later that would eventually manufacture props and armour for Game of Thrones, Chronicles of Narnia, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Tudors, and The Walking Dead, among many others.
I guess he "embraced the cinema line" after all!
