And for me personally, I... I had to learn that accepting these things that I was going through, these issues that I had was the first step to healing. You know, it's not enough for me personally to, to sit in these emotions and these things that I'm dealing with. It's not enough for me to say oh man I have this issue and it's fucked up, I'm always giving myself to other people or I'm always sacrificing something or I feel guilty because I'm taking time for myself. It's not enough for me to just live in these emotions anymore, like, I have to fucking heal. You know what I mean? And I think that's what it's about. It's like... when are we gonna get to a point where it's no longer enough to just feel? To just be in that moment. How do we get to a moment where we can accept the shit that we're fucking going through so we can heal. And I think that's, that's where I am. Like I need to accept this shit.
