Ky raised an eyebrow at the revelation, leaning in closer, more curious about the mysterious girl. “I know all about different species. I know a good deal about magic as well. But only once in my life have a seen a type so vast it could affect time.”

"Sometimes I don't understand my own magic." She paused, looking around. "What I think may have happened is that I forgot to close the portals I used to bring contestants here, which caused random time slips. That's just a theory, of course. I have as much of a clue as you guys have."

”hmm. Perhaps. But according to Wynter, it’s moreso a merger of timelines than a pulling from other ones. Do you think you could have tapped into an ability you didn’t know was this strong?”

“Negotiations are not my field of work, and seeing as you made the decision to escape, you are not in a position to request anything as of this moment. Please, follow me to the holding cells. If you wish to bargain, you may wait for a meeting with Leo Whitefang. I apologize, but you understand these precautions are necessary.”

"King Leo. Right." Via sighed, again. She was exhausted from running around the entire day. "I just wanna work out a way to fix this all."

"Yes ma'am." Via entered the cell with no problem, her tail swishing anxiously behind her. Then, she sat down on the floor, slumping against the wall.

"Because your cells aren't exactly the most... comfortable for someone like me." She pointed to her horn and hooves, giving him a bit of sass with the gesture.
