On the plane ride home LAS to SFO, I couldn't find an option for browsing music anymore, only movies and shows, and I panicked. We can't let music die. Then, I remember the sounds of the surf, crickets, wind in the treetops, I suppose music will never die as long as there is life. And after life, the melodies must play on somewhere, buzzing joyful and peaceful and terrifying inaudible frequencies even in the silence, no? I put on my favorite sad songs on my phone, my big headphones and got lost in my head. I don't know what's next, that is scary and also a thrill, may we ride this wave all the way to the beach if we can, and then jump back in for more, because I want to give all I can give in this short and delicate life.
