She didn't appreciate the questioning of how she got caught in the trap, feeling it to be a slight on her skills as a warrior to have been bamboozled by such a simple device.

"The Teethlings only wished they had the prowess of trapping a Githyanki," she replied sharply. "In truth, I saw the trap easily. I wished to be caught-- I knew if I did, then the hunter who set it would come to it. Once they did, I would have found a local to interrogate."

There was no falter in her voice nor indication of falsehood, so either she was telling the truth, or she was very good at lying and saving face. It was probably the latter.
