it's really fascinating how, when it came to mickey being a multiple, it occured as a result of no fault of his own. He was left behind to die in a state where nobody would be able to even know if that didn't happen (with his comm shattered, and temo leaving him behind despite seeing him still alive). It's so far unlike the original multiples situation, and yet it's treated with the same violence and revulsion, as if Mickey had made the conscious choice in this outcome instead of being entirely out of the loop from it. He was supposed to die, so they replaced him, but he didn't, so now it's his fault that they took such a leap, already seeing him as being so replaceable that it really didn't matter in the first place.

Indeed! It angers me so much. The scientists are the one responsible for this whole experimentation but the movie shows us that times and times again they have been unprofessional and bad at their jobs!

It also makes me wonder... When do we stop acknowledging other's humanity 'cause we are so stuck in the dynamic in our job? When do we follow the rhythm and look over our shoulder to see someone in pain thinking "it' s okay, it's not that bad, it's not like I can do something about it, I have other things to do, that's just how it goes here"
