Aimless & Wandering

One of the hardest lessons I’ve had to learn has been to be grateful through all seasons of life. By showing gratitude for my life when things were bad it made it so much easier to enjoy the things that I’m grateful for now. I appreciate the rough times I went through more because while they were tough, they were full of laughter, love, joy, and hope. They showed me how mighty I was and how much I could overcome.

I’m scared, quite terrified if I’m being honest, and that’s ok. I can be scared and at the same time know that everything is going to be ok; that it’s going to work out for the best

This doctoral journey is so crazy, like it’s among the hardest but most fulfilling things I’ve ever done. I’m constantly challenged, forever unsure of myself, and trying my hardest but I’m so happy to be able to do it. I’m getting a PhD y’all and I’m so excited.
