oh also. so i randomly found a brand new 3ds in my dresser a couple months ago. don’t know where it came from but i was excited because ive been wanting to play new leaf again. but i couldn’t play new leaf because i didn’t have the cartridge for it also there was something up with the sd card that i didn’t know how to fix. but!!!! my ex-computer science major boyfriend knew how to fix it. so i gave it to him to figure all that out while i went to look for my copy of new leaf because i knew it was somewhere in my house i just didn’t know where.

fast forward i bring it up to my brother and he says oh yeah i think i have it somewhere i just don’t know where. so i ask if he can look. and he says no. because we’re moving in a week and also a month after that he’s moving all the way to edmonton so all of his belongings are packed away in boxes already. so i was kind of losing hope of finding my new leaf and just gonna pay an exorbitant amount on ebay for a new copy. nope!!!

my brother today had to unpack all his boxes in search of an important receipt and while he was going through that he silently gave me an unboxed new leaf cartridge. just sitting at the bottom of one of his boxes. i scream and cry and scream some more because im so excited to play my game again. but remember. i don’t have my ds. bf has had my ds fixed for about a month now but still hasn’t returned it because its not super important because i don’t even have any games to play on it. until today!!!

so today i went to my grandmas for dinner and afterward i drove allllll the way across the city to my boyfriends house just to get my ds. also there was two of his friends because it was one of their birthday and they were having a little get together for that. and i ended up staying for 20 minutes and playing call of duty zombies for the first time ever. i somehow didnt die even once. also i took 20 from my boyfriends wallet and he didnt say anything. just grabbed his wallet and took a $20 bill and he was just like okay lol so yippee. i have my ds, my new leaf, a smart and hot boyfriend, AND im $20 richer.

today my last customer was a family with a $500 order at closing. first of all why are you leaving all your grocery shopping to fucking 10 oclock at night. second of all their card declined so i had to sit there for five minutes after the store closed while they moved their money. like jesus christ if you’re gonna come in at close with $500 in groceries at least have the money in your account to pay for it.
