Magician fits him well (to create, to improve, charisma, resourcefulness).

the best ones for him are probably The Magician and Death (as I explain below). to a lesser extent, The Fool, The Tower, also possibly The Hanged Man could be Makishima's cards.

But for Kougami, Justice is much better than Death - Justice is fairness, accountability, principles. Plus the word justice itself, the search for justice is the main thing that drives him.

Death means transformation, new beginnings, being adaptable, I quote: "constantly evolving, never afraid to leave behind what no longer serves you [...] you reinvent yourself again and again throughout life" - that sounds a lot like Makishima, much more than Kougami.

The Emperor fits Ginoza, it's probably truly the best card for him, when each of the other characters could be represented by several cards.

For Akane, it's not that Justice doesn't fit at all, the stick to principles part definitely does, but as I said, it fits Kougami much better and, if we are to boil it down to her main personality traits or the ones that influence the plot the most, she's more about empathy and stability.

I think the best is Temperance (patient, peaceful, diplomatic, calm, supportive, "you seek balance in every aspect of life, naturally bring people together, diffuse conflict, and create harmony wherever you go. You believe moderation, patience, and understanding solve more problems than force ever could").

also, to a lesser degree, Strength ("true power comes from compassion, not force [...] possess emotional resilience that often goes unnoticed", compassionate, patient, courageous, gentle, reliable), or The Star (hopeful, kind, optimistic, gentle, inspirational).

I don't want this to be a criticism post. the artwork is beautiful and it stuck with me, I remembered it when I was reading a random article. also, I'm no expert in tarot meanings, I'm just curious and I read a few things about it, so if what I wrote is off, sorry.

as I said, for each character there are several cards that fit.

And here we are, cheerfully playing along, sounding reasonably competent — but everyone, when they have the attention to spare, is keeping an eye on the tuba players. They don’t come in for the first eight measures or so, and then when they do come in, what we see is:

The entire band stops dead, in the cacophonous kind of way that a band stops when it hasn’t actually been cued to stop. The band director doesn’t even say anything, just looks straight back at the tubas and makes a helpless sort of why gesture.

In unison, the tuba players defend themselves: “THERE WERE FOUR F’S.”

which is 8 fortes. We were shocked until,

idk about the smell 'cause I last shaved when I was about 14 and I don't remember having, not then nor now, problems w very intense odour, but I've noticed I don't sweat that much from my armpits, at least compared to my friends who shave, and I do remember having a sticky, wet, unpleasant feeling there in the 2-3 years I shaved,

and most importantly, I have an explanation for it: I think the hair reduces sweating by preventing skin-on-skin contact.

that could maybe (I see some non shavers still complain about the smell) explain the reduced odour some ppl noticed, bc less sweat = less smell.
