Scourge is just the average Strider fursona

I tend to yap a bit more on Bluesky, for those who actually care lmao. Twitch is where I stream art and videogames, I have a PNGtuber model I made myself of Scourge and he's slowly becoming my 'brand' of sorts I guess? It's a lot of fun so far and I'd love to have you along for our little adventures! FurAffinity (along with my nsfw alts on Bluesky and Tumblr which go by @cover-of-dusk ) are where I post saucier things more freely but I don't actually draw much of myself, if anything it's implied, sorry you gotta imagine the peanits I guess lol. Despite that, don't follow those accounts if you're under 18, I block liberally. I join Art Fight every year! Well, 2026 is my second year so that's not very impressive but you get the idea! And lastly, Ko-fi is where I'll list commission options when they open, which won't be too often and not too big but that lets me keep it cheaper with a faster delivery time.

I've included his slightly dated concept (on the right) while the doodles (left) are from tonight and actually make him resemble Scourge as a twin.

I always liked the whole royalty aspect when it came to the main hedgehogs, that being said Scourge clearly doesn't act like royalty, that's 'cause this guy here turned out to be the favorite son while Scourge got his title and birth rights stripped from him. Otherwise he wouldn't be the free spirit he is now. Sapphire is the opposite, he's stoic, stern and loyal to a fault. When their father is assassinated he nearly dies trapped under rubble.

He's revived but at the cost of almost half of his body being robotic, making him a proper cyborg type character and the first thing he does is chase down Scourge to the ends of the universe because he can't think of anyone else who wanted their father dead more than him.

Is it a bit corny? Maybe, but Archie Scourge's story felt so... superficial. The headmate Scourge that lives in our system doesn't actually have a brother but loves to dramatize aspects of his life like it's a telenovela so, blame him for cliches.

Yes this is how I concept stuff, messy as hell. Also this AU existed before Scourge woke up in our system so most of it is credited to me, he just altered parts of it like a consultant.
