Yoga Barn - The aim of this trip was to do yoga and try it in a different setting, something beyond an air conditioned studio and i did! With mosquitos and huge ants! That feeling you get after a yoga class and as you lie there (slightly sweaty) listening to the rain fall and smelling that damp air. It was definitely an experience. Not forgetting it was pretty easy to sign up and the course schedules are straight forward. My most challenging class to date was the Vinyasa Flow. I have not been brave enough to try a Power Yoga class!
I bought a 20 class package for about SGD140. That equates to $7 per class and each class is about an hour and a half!

Mount Batur - *Holly Shit!* This was a real tough challenge for me personally. I've known that i'm not fit but to be this unfit! Sheesh! We were not even at the halfway mark and truth be told, i was so ready to say let us just be happy here, we can still see the sun rise here! But i kept quiet at that time cos i didnt want to quit at that point, not yet. So i continued. I think it was about 15 minutes later, i lost track of time, it was dark, we had torches in one hand, a trekking stick in the other and a whole lot of concentration to make sure we don’t fall!
It was about SGD50 per pax for this tour. It included pick up and drop off from our hotel, a tour guide, trekking sticks, breakfast and hot tea at the top and a visit to the coffee plantation.
