Thanks you so much for your patience in our delay in shipping! School projects and real life kinda happened, so organizing, packing, and getting the books out have been much slower than anticipated. Please know that if you preordered your book, they will be shipped out before Christmas (this sounds so sad, I'm sorry...|дﾟ).

I'm pleased to announce that preorders are now open for Aho Nabe! "Idiot Hotpot" is a fanbook that celebrates the series, Uchouten Kazoku (The Eccentric Family), through illustrations and comics! All orders include a prism bookmark, those who order the limited "Nabe Bundle" will receive a sticker sheet + wooden charm along with a prism bookmark.

Kaen/Kara here! Wanted to give everyone a heads up to email me ([email protected]) your concept/initial sketches of your comics or illustrations by July 25th (or by the 31st at the latest). This is so I can start on how to layout and design the book! If you happen to be doing a companion piece with another artist, please make a note of that to me in the email.

I will be updating the submission guidelines post from time to time regarding artist contact info, printers, and whatever comes up.

Ok, so Kara and I were thinking about.. trying to have this done by sacanime since that is the closest big(?) con? So the deadline will be a little tight. SORRY! I should have started organizing before AX but I kept saying "I'll do it after AX~" haha.

If this is too tight lemme know if you can't do it anymore! It's fine since I could probably draw 100000 pgs for this book *gets hit by Kara*

CMYK - book will be in full color

bleed - 1/4 in (0.25) until I get specs from printer

Techinalities:

Profits will be split evenly between the artists

Each artist gets a free copy of the book

max two pages per artist? we might make a poll later to figure out how many pages we'll end up with.. ^^
