This video demonstrates the Do-In Exercise. For those who attended the workshop, this was done before Qi Gong.
Using the pulp (fleshy part) of your finger tips, tap at points as shown in the video. You may stay at one point for as long as you wish and tap as hard as you like.

This video will demonstrate the fourth form of Qi Gong.
When tracing the outlines of your body, don't touch your body.
Once both arms are up, join your fingers together and form a triangle. Bend your back backwards. Breathe normally during this time.
Repeat this as many times as you like. Ideal number of repetition should be 6.
Once done, return to the original pose. This concludes the fourth form.

This is the second and last segment of the third form. It is the continuation of the first segment, which is the previous video.
When stretching, push both arms upwards with your palms facing each other. Breathe normally at this time. Stretch for as long as you like.
When moving your hands up or down, ensure that your palms are facing towards your body.
Repeat this as many times as you like. Ideal number of repetition is 6.
Once done, return to the original pose. This concludes the third form.
This is the first segment of the third form of Qi Gong.
To stretch, push one arm upwards and push the other arm downwards. Breathe normally at this time. Stretch for as long as you like.
When switching, cross your hands in front of your chest, with your palms facing towards your body.
Repeat this as many times as you like. Ideal number of repetition is 6.
