We are thrilled to announce that we have raised a total of 1,070 USD for the Trevor Project! (And since it is the charity's Month of Giving, the donation will be matched 5X, making the final donation worth 6,420 USD!) And thus, the project has reached completion!

Yes, Kalim and Jamil are in 2/2 of my contribution for the @twstfairytales Zine. Don't worry about them. Vargas is more important and he's right where he belongs, the center of attention. Don't be afraid to print photo card, I hear he signs the ones sent to NRC.

It was surprisingly hard to mix Paul Bunyan and Professor Vargas. I didn't want him to look too much like himself or Paul Bunyan, but they're practically a switch flip from each other.

Finally I can share the piece I created for @twstfairytales on the fairy tale of Pinocchio 🦋

Starring : Epel Felmier as Pinocchio, Ortho as the Talking Cricket, Jade Leech as the Fox, Floyd Leech as the Cat and Azul Ashengrotto as the puppet-master Mangiafuoco (Stromboli in the Disney movie).

In the background, there are Fellow Honest and Gidel being mad that the tweels stole their show 🥹

I had so much fun making this artwork and it didn't take me long to feel inspired. I am glad I managed to stay true to the first idea I had in mind before starting it. This 1st zine experience allowed me to challenge myself and get out of my comfort zone, especially with so many characters to draw together.

Anyway I hope you like it as much as I did while creating it. Thanks again for this opportunity 💖

Inc: Yuya Kuroki, Malleus, Silver, Sebek, Lilia, and brief mentions of Grim Warnings: Death (not really of any main character, but considering the story, LMAO) WC: 4.3k Summary: A farmers encounter with a strange entity during a drought leads to a pattern of encounters in his life. Based on the story Die Boten des Todes (Death's Messengers) from the Brothers Grimm. Made for @twstfairytales

“Who are you?” Yuya finally asks as he accepts the canteen. It feels as though nothing has been drunk at all. The peculiarity of this only adds to their situation as he hooks the canteen back to his belt and wrings his hands. “Are you a demon of sorts? Or perhaps an angel?” He squints his eyes and hobbles back another step. “One that has surely earned some form of scorn.”

“Neither.” The man’s voice holds traces of amusement in it as he pushes himself to his feet. His leathery wings hiss as he flexes them before fixing Yuya with a pinning look. “I am what all yield to in the end. Though I have many names, such as Ankou, or Azrael, or even the Pale One, you may call me Malleus, and you may know me as Death.”

“… oh.”

It’s a rather lackluster response to being told that the man who just drank from your canteen like a dehydrated fish is the all-powerful Grim Reaper. Yuya sways a touch as he looks up at Malleus, his hands still tightly wrung together. “Does this mean you are going to kill me?”

Well, he supposes with the drought, and the walk, and this terribly hot sun, that this would be his inevitable ending. Yuya steps forward, throws his arms wide, and drops to his knees as he looks up towards the entity’s visage. “Very well! Make it quick, then, and do not prolong my agony!”

I had the great privilege of working as a merch artist for the @twstfairytales Zine! In classic fashion we start with 1/2, a desktop wallpaper based on Of the Vicissitude of Everything Good, and Especially of a Right Judgment. Though more obscure I couldn't resist making our favorite snake boy into even more of a snake. I promise the next one is a more familiar tale. A rather tall one at that.

Happy anniversary Twisted Wonderland! And to another full year of exciting, slightly behind the JP Server, events!

Happy twst-anniversary! Which is also the day I can finally post my piece from the @twstfairytales zine!!!!

This was SUCH of fun zine to work on, and I'm very happy I got to do my favorite fairytale Godfather Death with the Shroud brothers!
