Hi there! Akane answering this since the comic you mentioned was made by me and is featured on the Twin Runes blog!

The comic in question:

Usually Alpha is in charge of thinking of comics. I merely pitch in with my own ideas here and there and provide canon council.

But in general this is Alpha's blog. He is the ringmaster of this circus.

He and I will typically discuss anything that involves the Twin Runes side of things in terms of comic ideas. He doesn't do anything with that side unless he has my approval.

But since he's currently pretty busy paying bills all I can really say on that matter is...
