History is written by the victors and White America has done an astonishingly good job at erasing the true foundations of this country. From pretending the “discoverers” were concerned about God (as opposed to just making money) to ignoring the fact that all of this was built by slaves (and some of our most prominent companies today had their start in the slave trade), the ones with the power to write history are only concerned with making sure they look like heroes from the jump.
