Jim Krantz and his iconic Western imagery have been well known to commercial photography since the late 90’s. Recently, Jim Krantz has teamed up with Supreme to create a jacket for their exciting edition of their SS17 line. This jacket of Krantz’s design will also stand alongside other notable artists collaborating with Supreme, such as manga artist Toshio Maeda and italian architect Alessandro Mending.

Krantz described working with Supreme as a natural and organic shift, and the jacket as a rational tangent from his more traditional photography. However, The fashion industry isn’t a totally new world for Krantz. In 2014 he combined his vision with the designs of Karl Lagerfeld for a unique contribution to Chanel’s “Back in Dallas” collection. He was also a major asset in crafting the lookbook for Adam Kimmels Spring/Summer 2010 campaign, and has worked editorially for Brueniger in Stuttgart. He is excited to move ahead with even more work in the fashion industry, and with three dimensional mediums in general, as made evident by the newest collaboration with Modernica for a unique line of furniture.
