Meanwhile Lu Guang, fighting literal demons:

-skincare (you need exactly THREE [3] products, four if you wear make up, but sometimes two is fine as well: face soap, serum, moisturizer/lotion + make up remover). I was very dismayed by this discovery btw.

-pimple patches (in the way that not seeing the pimples doesn't make me pop them so they heal on their own)

-touching grass, in the most literal way possible. Go outside and sit in the sun (with good sunscreen).

-been there done that but; drinking lots of water, eating appropriately, sleeping the hours your body deems are enough and exercising within your possibilities

-a good haircut can truly transform you! Or get a nose piercing. Clothes are confidence; finding your style regardless of trends makes you timeless.

Things that don't work:

-whatever the fuck the fitness influencers are trying to sell you. Half of the stuff they say can't even be archived, actually, especially in an uncontrolled environment or continuously.

-starving yourself or following someone else's diet. Your eating habits should be tailored specifically to you. Also you don't need protein in your fucking water and carbs aren't your sworn enemies.

-you really really don't need to spend thousands on make up and skincare. Drugstore stuff works just fine, just read the labels and try different brands if you can.
