I think a lot abt obito-sakura interactions but contrary to most opinions I don't think obito would project rin onto sakura: afaik we don't see him make many comparisons or references to rin when interacting with sakura & he treats her as a fully formed shinobi on her own (the one who does make references to rin wrt sakura is kakashi, not ob), even relying on her strength in many scenes where they appear together. I like them because in a scenario where obito survives the war I think sakura would see him as a mentor figure; one of her core traits is that she's a curious person & she doesn't care where knowledge comes from as long as its useful to her (we see this with her and sasori, too). Despite the fact that obito acknowledges that he made a mess of the shinobi world & is likely to be consumed in self-hate for much of his postcanon life, I think he has this attitude to knowledge too; he has mednin skills for no apparent reason even tho they had no purpose in his final plan, etc. I'd love to see a dynamic where sakura decides she wants to learn the sealing knowledge obito acquired as part of sealing the tailed beasts & approaches him neutrally despite his status as an ex terrorist in the village and he reciprocates because he seems to genuinely enjoy showing off his powerups (etc) and a friendship forms frm there
