What a girl want's Ten year's back, and still for some today, it was highest fashion and fit to be super skinny, the term fit was basicly just being thin, slim, skinny or whatever Luckily today the description fit isnt just about the look or bodytype, it goes way beyond that : In biological terms, “being fit” means “being able to provide for one's own life and well being ; the fittest are those who can do so the best.” But, the majority of people dont know that, they still think its weight or bodytype related, I hear that more than often from people who wonders how I can be fit and not fat because im "big", curvy and weigh around 80kg Well - Hopefully the learning about being fit, physical and mentally will expand throughout society, hopefully kids in school's all around the world will be taught how to live a healthy life, what proper nutrition does to your body and soul Education and knowledge is power Just my two cents this lovely sunny evening One ❤
