Mother Magistrate
I'm a villager seeking a village. I'm a midwife searching for the pulse among stillbirths. I'm a medicine woman with no one to feed.
Before currency, we had relational currents that flowed like veins between the organs of a community.Â
I feel slighted by sight. Heavy is the torch so bright it causes fright.Â
And yet, hierarchy is killing our species. But to what end?Â
Death hoards because it does not know life. The living release because their souls welcome flight.Â
