Then you laugh and in a smug voice you go “No,” then hang up. Do you think you’ve won? Ha, since you didn’t identify who you were guess what happens? According to policy I have to put you in to call you back, and guess what. We won’t just do it once. Oh no, every time you ignore our call, we’ll put you in to call you back. That means we will call up to every 4-6 hours. You probably think we get joy from this. Sometimes we like to be assholes right back, but in reality this just irritates us. Do you really think we want to be repeatingly calling someone who has no interest in our services? It’s a waste of it time that we could be giving to customers who actually want the services. The lesson here people? Don’t be a dick. Just tell us who you are and that you aren’t interested in our services. That’s all you have to do to stop us from calling you repeatedly and from wasting our time. We don’t want to be assholes, we just want to get through our workday like everyone else.

That’s it, it’s that easy. Now stop being an asshole and just hanging up, we really don’t want to call you a zillion times.
