Justice for Joseph, Justice for All
Today I break my silence. I must apologize for not speaking sooner but I have always thought it best to consider the full weight of one's words before putting it to prose. No doubt brothers and sisters you have heard the rallying cry from the mouths of our young. We’ve all had it on our minds these past few months while watching our nation succumb to a malaise of malcontent.

A great campaign indeed.
Make no mistake, the young man in question is as troubled as the government sanctioned papers and blogs would have us believe but what is he troubled by exactly? Well I will tell you plainly:
It was the loss of his family, his future, and indeed his very identity to the altar of war that troubled this young soul.
That conflict, an unspeakable horror, put on the powerless public by Princes from their perfect palaces. For what is war other than an argument between such people with much privilege? By the watcher it is said that we were only involved due to the loss of our own monarchs. Gracious people they were, but putting the lives of ten million against two, well… that is just not something we should want to do. And now - now we find ourselves once again with a government calling for peace, for moderation in troubled times, but we all are intimately aware that all it would take is for one loss in the high houses on the hill to make them change their minds.
Our only hope now rides with our young Queen, who no doubt has been troubled by these memories quite personally. In fact it has not escaped anyone’s notice how little she has been seen among her people since the great loss of her husband. Even now it is not clear where she may be with her older brother acting deputy. A mere cold? No, I say there is more to it. There is a pattern you see. The trauma of the crown is not felt only on the ground by her people but by the monarch herself.
The system is sick.
It is time for an evaluation of the situation in our nation. Today we ask for justice for Joseph but perhaps tomorrow we call for justice for us all. A justice not just for the one soul but for every adult and child in Simovia and yes -
I mean even our Queen.
