Journey is a walking sim.

TimeSplitters 2 is a walking sim where you chase aliens through time in several characters shoes in singleplayer and chase your friends in over 100 characters shoes multiplayer mode.

SupernMario Maker is a walking sim where you do the walking and you make the walk.

Little Big Planet is a walking sim where you do the walking and you make the walk.

Jak and Daxter is a walking sim where you play as Jak and Daxter. I don't know which is which, I never played these games.

Crash Bandicoot is a walking sim where you play as whatever a bandicoot is.

Ratchet and Clank is a walking sim where it's Futurama and Star Wars but furries.

Ghostwire: Tokyo is a walking sim where you can experience what it would be like to walk around the most iconic parts for Tokyo without any crowds. But you will have to fight dancing ghost girls.

Weird West is a walking sim where you walk a mile in five different characters' shoes and those miles contain lots of weird, cowboy horror.

Marvel's Avengers is a walking sim that tricked everyone into thinking the next two AAA Marvel games would be bad.

Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order is a walking sim with the completely original premise that a Jedi survived Order 66. No, not the one from Rebels. No, not the one from Kenobi. No, not the one from Mandalorian.

Yoshi's Woolly World is a walking sim where you jump on some kids arts and crafts table like that's acceptable behaviour just because you're a dinosaur

Stardew Valley is a walking sim where you grow crops, attend festivals, form meaningful bonds with members of a small community, and can get filthy stinking rich off of selling vegetables.
