I was walking through the grocery store last night when I was out of nowhere struck with debilitating lower back pain. I made it home ok, but I’ve been in extreme pain since then (not helped by my herbal remedies or by over the counter aspirin) with very limited movement. Hoping to get into the doctor today, but guessing that unless this starts to go away on its own this may be a long road.

Really hoping the meds do the trick so I can go to work tomorrow.

There is no definition of mere politeness that requires that a person change their perspective of the world, or the basic language that they use to describe the world in order to accommodate another person. If a person wishes to change their given name I will happily accommodate them, but a person cannot demand in the name of politeness or courtesy that I alter my general description (and therefore understanding) of the world for their sakes.
