imagine your f/o(s) calming you down when you are furious. they could help you take your anger out physically, be it scribbling on and crumpling up paper or hitting a pillow they hold up for you; they might gently talk you through it with soft and comforting words; maybe they'll sit with you quietly for a while as you think; or just allow you to have your space and make sure that no one bothers you.
