From now on I ask that people don't send in messages seeking advice, or venting with heavy subject matter. Whether it's related to trauma, CSA, neurodivergence, or otherwise. I've answered a few because I wanted to give those people the best help that I could give, but the responses really take it out of me. I'm not trained to handle serious cognitive issues, and I don't think I'm mentally able to expend that energy all the time either. I'm also dealing with my own trauma.
I want this blog to help people, but this blog is also for me. I want to keep the focus on self shipping, healing, and positivity. 💙
