One of my close friends just went through a traumatic experience with her now ex boyfriend. There is a domestic violence and rape case against him now. No one knows her, shes absolutely anonymous to this post and no one she knows follows this blog. This is purely for positive reinforcement. Tumblr has been my guide to understanding my own traumas and because of all of you I feel less alone.

I want her to feel that too, especially now.

Im not sure exactly what tag to look up but I just need relateable words of encouragement and proof that she’s not alone while she goes through the court case because she is frightened and paranoid and may want to drop all charges for many different reasons.

NO i am not trying to stop her from dropping all charges I am only trying to show her that she is not alone…and that many of us have made it out and through things like this and that she will have bad days and good days and its okay to want to stop and its okay to feel every emotion shes going to feel.

So please, kindly send me anything you can think of that would show her that she is not a terrible person for pressing charges, and she will make it out of this okay!
