Gonna be posting an intro because to the best of my knowledge, zionists are now following me.
Hi, my name is Dakota. I live in America(sadly) and am thoroughly southern. I am trans masculine genderqueer and I use he/they/it pronouns. I just turned 21 and I am about to go back to college to finish my triple major in National Security and Intelligence, Political Science, and Psychology. I am chronically ill and disabled. I use a powerchair, manual wheelchair, rollator, crutches and very occasionally a cane for support while being out and ambulating. I also use orthotics when ambulating. I am an activist of all kinds. A disability advocate, an LGBTQIA+ advocate, and more. I have been to pro-palestinian rallies, blm marches, women's right protests and even just general anti-trump gatherings. I am spiritually agnostic but I have a deep hatred for Christian nationalists and Zionists. I understand those two things are vastly different but there is also a major overlap within those two communities. I can definitely go on rants about why Zionism is wrong and also why not to conflate that ideology with anti-Semitism. I am in no way anti-semetic and I certainly believe that Jewish people deserve basic human rights along with every other human being on earth. The concept of equating that with Zionism—which is the idea that Jewish people deserved to mass slaughter Palestinians(in something called the Nakba) and then colonize them and segregate an entire people and refuse to allow them back into their ancestral homeland where their people had lived for more than three thousand years. Sorry to rant about that for a bit but I am very passionate about a lot of "political" things that are practically just basic human rights and decency.
Now to move on from my political ideology (because I am not the kind of person who can just get over massive differences in moral beliefs), I am an artist and writer, I used to be a musician and I kind of want to get back into writing songs. I am in many fandoms and I am a multi-shipper. I am very anti-censorship but also very pro-blocking. The block button is my best friend, whether it be for people or for tags. I have absolutely no problems with anyone or anyone's beliefs—everyone can believe anything they want—i just also know to protect my peace and while I know that won't last forever(political career here I come😭), I also know that everyone can just mind their own business. If you don't understand it—it's not for you and that's perfectly understandable and okay. If a n y o n e needs to block me or regulate their tags please do. I am on this app to find fellowship and mutual care within communities I love and that's it. I absolutely would love to yap and chat with anyone who wants to but please be respectful and considerate. I appreciate everyone for being here and I hope everyone understands my boundaries! Thank y'all!
(also I'm very firmly anti-AI and anti-capitalist. The second part is because I am a democratic socialist lol🤌)
Edit: I did realize this may be happening because of the fact that Noah Wyle is a Zionist so I'm just going to state that yes, I am in The Pitt fandom. Yes, I enjoy the show. Yes, I enjoy the religious imagery (I've studied theology as well so it's generally fascinating to me). Yes, I enjoy Dr. Michael Robinavitch. No, I'm not a fan of Noah Wyle or his Zionist views. No, I do not care that he is Jewish. There are entire communities of Jewish people who are pro-palestinian. Nuance exists and many things can exist at the same time.
(thanks for listening to my rants lol hopefully I won't think of anything else and have to come back and edit it a billion more times...it'll probably still happen tbh. But that's okay🙂↕️🙂↕️/lh /j /nm /srs)
