Unfortunately there is no complete translation for the s-classes that I raised that isn't pure mtl but there are ongoing ones that cover what you're looking for.
There is sfstranslations who did edited mtl to start but are now primarily manual and are up to chapter 462 with 3 updates per 2 weeks. You have to fill out their access request form to get access to the google docs they use to host.
And you should check out dbgdbw who does manual translations starting at 183 and has some of the later chapters and extras. They have done translations for part of a post-series qna the author did (it's really cool). They have translated all the chapters you are looking for, though some of their biases really show through in the way they translate + their footnotes so probably keep that in mind. (Blog may or may not be available, currently private.)
sctir-a-day is translating the Q-and-A here on Tumblr using machine translation.
You can also find another guide here which is what I used when I first got into the novel ^^ It also has a link to machine translated chapters which I've never personally tried reading but some people get through them pretty well.
