It's been a while since Nurse put you back into diapers full-time.

She noticed that you haven't been using them as much as you should be so now you are back in her clinic naked and tied to her changing table with your legs up in the air

She's been giving you plenty to drink.

The girl wanted to scream but she knew what such an infraction would result in.

That sharp, intelligent mind so proud, so scared still fought to stay above it all.
