I don't know who needs to hear this, but AO3 was literally built on the idea that people should be able to write what they want without censorship. Writing about rape doesn't mean you support rape. Writing about incest doesn't mean you support incest. Writing about self-harm doesn't mean you support self-harm. Writing about abuse doesn't mean you support abuse. Writing about war doesn't mean you support war. Writing about murder doesn't mean you support murder. It's fiction. It's a story. People use fiction to explore every part of the human experience, including the ugly, disturbing, and uncomfortable parts.
You don't have to like what someone writes. You don't have to read it. You don't even have to respect the story itself. But harassing people because they wrote a fictional story about a concept or ship that you don't approve of is ridiculous. The whole point of AO3 is that people have the freedom to write whatever they want, and other people have the freedom not to read it. It's really that simple.
