Im going to nyc with my friend in mid-june around epik highs concert. I will be touring and stuff obviously so I need somewhere to stay thats somewhat close to the touristy areas! Or not, if there is a direct bus/train route to it. Whatever. Im not really planning on being at whatever lodging I get for long (ill be wandering around nyc all night errday) so whats my best option here?

ok so i tried airbnb but none of the cheap-ish ones are in Manhattan and that’s where I want to stay (mostly because I don’t want to get lost). I think im gonna try bidding for hotels on priceline.com and at the same time send out requests on couchsurfing.com. couch surfing sounds fun!! maybe the hosts will know things about nyc that i wont get to know about if i hadn’t stayed with them. i hope I can befriend them *_* that would be so exciting!! *_* i hope it’s not dangerous?? i’ll be with a friend though so at leas i wont be at a stranger’s mercy all by myself. my friend can protect me lololol. what if they’re axe murderers tho???? wish me luck
