âIâm actually so happy I got a single dorm room Lucyâ I said setting my posters up. âYeah this is nice and Iâm sure youâd hate a roommate anywaysâ Lucy said. âYeah honestlyâ I said.
âJust promise yourself no crazy guysâ Lucy said. âYeah donât worry I wonât date someone like you know whoâ I said. âI know he was shitty to meâ Lucy said. âOh absolutely a piece of shitâ I said. She laughed with me. âIâm just happy you are hereâ Lucy said.

I took a seat in the crowed library in a small corner. Some guy was sitting there.

I followed him to a cafe.

I got on a plane and had officially left my old state in the back of my mind it was time to make new memories. As soon as I got off the plane I ran up to Colby and hugged him.
âMmmh Iâm so happy youâre officially living hereâ Colby said. âDid you driveâ I said. âYeah little bit betterâ Colby said. âGoodâ I said. We walked out putting my suitcases in his car.

Eventually he blindfolded me. As we got closer to whatever the surprise was.
âI donât like thisâ I said. âWe are almost hereâ Colby said. âBabe Iâm not kidding this is some freaky fifty shades shitâ I said. âNo no not like that J get your head out the gutterâ Colby said.
I felt the car stop. And heard his door open. He walked over and opened mine and helped me out. He walked me to something.
âDonât worry Iâm not gonna let you fallâ Colby said. âWhere are weâ I said. âOne secondâ Colby said. I heard a door shut behind me. âIâm nervousâ I said. He then took the blindfold off. My eyes were still closed. âOpen them sillyâ Colby said.
I looked around we were at a beautiful big house with a wrap around porch. Beautiful modern windows but a rustic style home.
âWow this is stunningâ I said. âRightâ Colby said. âItâs everything I imaginedâ I said. âGood because itâs oursâ Colby said. âYour seriousâ I said jumping around. âYesâ he said holding a set of keys. âOh my godâ I said I kissed him.
âOkay okay wanna see our homeâ Colby said. âI like the sound of thatâ I said. âIâll give you the grand tourâ Colby said. And in that moment I knew I wanted everything with this man. To get married to have kids.
He just knew what I was thinking he knew what I wanted without hesitation. Why did I ever wait so long to take my chance with him.

We sat on the couch. I looked around amazed.
âThis place is gorgeousâ I said. âYeah not to bad huh.. everything you wantedâ Colby said. âWeâ I said. âMainly youâ Colby said. I snuggled up to him. âMmmh what would I ever do without youâ I said. âEvery time I look at you I wonder how I got luckyâ he said cupping my cheeks. âI mean thatâ he said. I kissed him.

I sat on a stage crate talking to a few of the girls.
âSo you look extra happy recentlyâ Nattie said. âShe definitely doesâ Trinity said. âWhat I canât be happy Iâm doing well in WWEâ I said. âThereâs definitely something elseâ Nattie said. âShe probably finally got laidâ Nikki said. I sipped my drink. âShut up thatâs itâ Trinity said.
âWhoâ Nattie said. All the sudden Summer walked up. âGirl you got the tea on Colby rightâ Summer said. âWhat teaâ I said. âIs he still singleâ she asked I rolled my eyes. Is she dumb or something? You arenât his type.
âYeah he isâ I said. âI might go talk to him if thatâs coolâ Summer said. âYou arenât his typeâ I said. âOh come onâ Summer said. âHe doesnât like women who go around the locker room with every guyâ I said. âMmmh sure Iâll let him be the judgeâ she said. I watched as she walked up and talked to him. I was extremely irritated with her.
Colby then walked over. Summer looked so annoyed. He then sat by me. Putting a hand on my knee.
âShe just tried to hit on meâ Colby said. âWhy you telling meâ I said. âBecause.. I donât want thatâ Colby said. âWhat did you say to herâ I said. âI said she isnât my type like at allâ Colby said. âSheâs pissedâ Nattie said laughing. âWell whatâs your typeâ I said. âHmmmmâ Colby said looking at me.
âUghhhâ I said rolling my eyes at him. âYou know herâ Colby said. âDo Iâ I said. âJust shut up dummyâ he said kissing my cheek. âTold her youâre the only one I have eyes for soâ Colby said. âOhâ I said. âIâll let you ladies talk Iâll see you laterâ Colby said kissing my cheeks before leaving.

As the months went on. Colby and I grew way closer than before. Spending every moment together. And made it official. Which wasnât a shock to anyone. Even when we posted it everywhere. We were still best friends. Which made our relationship even stronger.
This week was WrestleMania. Which wasnât hectic for both of us. Our events and matches. It was crazy to say the least. I had finished my match. I sat backstage watching the final match. Couldnât find Colby though he said he had something to talk about with Hunter.
Then all the sudden there be was on TV. Cashing in his money in the bank. I had no idea that would be tonight. He told me he wouldnât be able to tell me when it happened.
âOh my godâ I said. âHoly shit heâs doing itâ Brie said. âCome on babyâ I said watching the tv. âWowâ Nattie said. I watched in anticipation. He hit the kurb stomp. Then pinned Roman.
He did it. He ran up the ramp and held the title up. I cried tears of joy. Nattie side hugged me.
âAwee Jâ Nattie said. âI just Iâm so proudâ I said. I waited till he came back through the curtains. Everyone cheered. He moved past everyone. I immediately hugged him.
âBut Iâm all sweatyâ he said. âIâm so proud of youâ I said teary eyed. âDonât do all thatâ he said wiping my tears. I then kissed him. âMmmhâ I said. âI know knowâ Colby said. He hugged me again. âI love youâ I said. âWhatâ Colby said.
âI said that I love you Iâve been madly in love with you for so longâ I whispered in his ear. âJ Iâve been in love with you from the moment I saw you in that black dress at the slammy awardsâ Colby said. âHell before thatâ Colby said. âOhâ I said. âGod I just knewâ he said.
âDid you nowâ I said. âDonât get too cockyâ Colby said. âMmmh but for real my loveâ I said hugging him. âI gotta go do a million things but Iâll see you afterwards okayâ Colby said.

I had officially moved in fully. It was different now I had none of my friends like Nattie or Trinity close to me. But my good friend Sara from tough enough lived close. She was someone I trained and I enjoyed it. I saw myself in her.ďżź

âWhat are you making me for dinnerâ I said. âWell technically itâs a cheat day so I made your favorite pastaâ Colby said. âThe way to my heart and stomachâ I said. âThen for dessertâ he whispered in my ear. âMmmh sounds good not sanitary thoughâ I said. âHey Iâll clean the counter and you off afterwardsâ Colby said.
Summary: You work at McLaren with Lando. You are his race strategist. You used to be in a relationship before he ended it because of all the hate you were receiving. One day you see him bring another girl to the races. And it upsets you. So you decide to take matters into your own hands and talk to this girl.
Your POV
Lando had arrived late at the paddock with some blonde girl. Of course she was beautiful. But I knew she had a reputation. But why would he care as long as he had someone by his side. I knew he was just needy. He was that way when we were together.
She walked into the garage and sat away from everyone. Lando walked over to me. Putting a hand on my back. Standing beside me. There it was butterflies like it used to be.
âWhatâs the plan for today Y/Nâ Lando said looking at my laptop. âUhhhh well same as usual you knowâ I said his hand went lower. But why?? We arenât together anymore. âThatâs goodâ he said overlooking it. âYeah just changed a couple things youâll be on softs firstâ I said.
âAlrightâ Lando said with his arm around me. âYou need anything elseâ I said. âUhhhh no but Iâm glad to have my lucky charm here todayâ Lando said. âMe really or Oscarâ I said he laughed. âYou of courseâ Lando said I smiled. âYou look niceâ I said fixing his color.
âItâs just my racing suitâ Lando said. âPapaya brings out your eyesâ I said. âAhâ Lando said blushing. âBeautiful blue eyesâ I said. âWell I should get ready thank you Y/Nâ Lando said. âI got youâ I said.
I walked around the garage when the girl he brought scoffed at me. I stopped in my tracks.
âProblem Maugiâ I said. âOh she knows my nameâ she said rolling her eyes. âYeah I know who you areâ I said. âDonât you have a job to doâ she said. âYou know.. you are no good for himâ I said. âDonât care what you think he dumped youâ she said laughing.
âAnd?? At least Iâve never cheated on my partnersâ I said. âYou donât deserve someone as amazing as Landoâ I said. âYou truly have no idea how special he isâ I said. âI donât care that he dumped me he did because he was protecting meâ I said.
âSo whatâ she said crossing her arms. âYou donât even deserve to be in the same room as himâ I said. âYou know what I think you are jealousâ she said. âWhy would I be jealous of someone like you? Sure you are pretty girl but youâll always be meanâ I said she stayed silent.
âYou will never ever know him the way I do or love him the way I doâ I said. âHe dated you for what ten months get over itâ Maugi said. âJust stopâ Lando said walking over. âLandoâ I said. âNot you herâ Lando said as she looked at him. âBut she started itâ Maugi said. âNo she didnât as a matter of fact you need to leaveâ Lando said.
âWhatever you be with your stupid little race strategistâ she said brushing my shoulder as she walked out. âIâm sorry she was pissing me offâ I said. âI heard youâ Lando said laughing. âWhatâ I said. âYou are so feisty sometimes you knowâ Lando said. âShut up and go get readyâ I said he kissed my cheek.
âAnd uhh I love you tooâ Lando said. I just blushed as he walked away.

Lando had won his first race. I ran over to the cars with everyone and stood up front. With tears pouring out of my eyes. He got out of the car. The whole McLaren crew cheered.
He walked over and spotted me. He then ran over and kissed me. As the McLaren crew cheered.
âMy lucky charmâ he said I smiled teary eyed. He then picked me up and spun mr around. âP1 so proud of youâ I said. âYou helped a lot so thank you babyâ Lando said. âOh so Iâm baby nowâ I said sarcastically. âIf you want to be my girl just askâ Lando said.
âHmmmm tempting Lanâ I said. âHow about you just say yes and we see what happensâ Lando said. âAlright Iâll be your girlâ I said. âGood cause tonight Iâm taking you outâ Lando said. âOh really shouldnât I treat youâ I said.

~Present Day~
If Iâm going to tell this story right I need to start from the beginning. Not the very beginning because I donât wanna bore myself with it all. But if we are going to get to where I am now. Letâs go back to the beginning. It all started at NXT. The start of an idea that became something huge. The shield. So let me tell you how it all went down.
~Many years ago~
âCome on J just come to the meeting and if you hate it thatâs fineâ Colby said. âOkay but who would be in this tag teamâ I said. âMe , you, Joe and Jonâ Colby said. âYou said you wanted to do something different J and take risksâ Colby said.
âPlease just take this meeting with usâ Colby said. âAlright if I hate it I can walk awayâ I asked. âYou can yeahâ Colby said. âAlright Iâll do itâ I said.
We went into the meeting. And I sat and listened I genuinely loved the idea. But I told them a million times. I wasnât going to be just a show girl or someone who brought them to the ring. I wanted to be someone that wrestled. Got her hands dirty not like a normal WWE Diva.
At first they said no. But Colby and the guys stood up for me. It was mainly Colby who got them to officially agree. And just like that the shield was born. We dominated NXT. And now we were on our way to the main roster.
I took a deep breath. As we were about to go out in front of a huge crowd. Nobody knew who we were. Unless you watched NXT.
âYou got itâ Colby said. I smiled. âYeah I know just trying to not psych myself outâ I said. âHead up you got thisâ he said I smiled. He then kissed my forehead. Jon and Joe looked over. âWhatâ Colby said. âNothing letâs goâ Jon said.

And so we debuted. Months went by and things were picking up quickly. Colby and Joe had won the tag team titles. Jon the United States title. Now it was my turn. To win the divas.

Our theme hit they all gave me a fist bump. I walked down the stairs. It was nerve racking. I had to fight AJ Lee for the title. I jumped over the barrier. I stood there looking at her.
âStop the musicâ AJ said on the microphone. The theme stopped. âIâm not fighting this nobody who just walks around sheâs barely wrestedâ AJ said. âAt this point sheâs just another accessory to those guysâ she said the crowd cheered.
âHell I bet your even sleeping with oneâ AJ said getting in my face. âWhat canât speakâ she said. I then slapped her. She laughed. âAh I seeâ AJ said. âWill you shut up so we can start this match and j can beat the hell out of youâ I said dropping the microphone.
âWhoa thatâs the first time weâve ever heard JJ speakâ Micheal Cole said. âGot some fireâ JBL said.
The bell rang. She tried to take me down and did. I then got up and pushed her into the corner of the ring. I hit her.
âYou wanna go letâs goâ I said. I threw her out of the ring. And into the barriers. The crowd chanted âthe shieldâ
A while later. She tried to get me in the black widow submission. But I fought my way out and slammed her back on the mat. I then jumped off the top rope doing a moonsault onto her. I decided to put her in my submission. A but like the yes lock mixed with the black widow.
âNo way is she gonna tapâ JBL said. âHoly shitâ the crowd chanted. AJ finally tapped. The bell ring and I let her go. âAND THE NEW WWE DIVAS CHAMPION REPRESENTING THE SHIELD JJâ the announcer yelled.
The ref handed me the title. I held it up crying. I then was met by my teammates. They held me up in there shoulders as I held the belt up. âTeam of championsâ Micheal Cole said. âIndeedâ JBL said. We then walked back up the ramp. Seth hugged me tightly. I smiled.

âIâm gonna go call my boyfriend soâ I said. âRight yeah go do thatâ Colby said. Canât forget my boyfriend who was also a WWE superstar. Well NXT but still. I had to call him. Weâd been distant now that Iâm on the main roster and heâs not.

As months passed the tag team grew more popular and so did we. Our lives were practically online now. And it was wild.
Tonight was the night of the slammy awards. We already won some for best tag team, and best diva for me. Now it was our turn to announce one. The boys were dressed in suits. Me I wore a black sparkly dress.
âShe cleans up nice hahahâ Jon said. âLooking good kidâ Joe said. Colby turned around. He was just mesmerized. âColbyâ Jon said. âYou look so .. wow justâ Colby said. I blushed. âBeautifulâ he said.

We then went out to do the award. The crowd cheered.
âI know I know we look goodâ Dean said. The crowd chanted âJJâ. âAlright none of you are getting her believe meâ Roman said. âSheâs incredibly gorgeous though you guys are rightâ Seth said. âWhy thank you Seth you clean up nice tooâ I said. âWanna give the people a spinâ Seth said. âSureâ I said. As the years went by. Things pretty much stayed the same. Minus Colby getting dumped practically then a new girl. Then dumped again.And of course the lovely online rumors about me and him. All because I broke up with my boyfriend. And now we were going to get ready for the biggest one yet.
The end of the shield. By now everything was set in stone. Colby and I would end the shield. By me going with him. We played into the whole love storyline. That everyone thought we had anyways. Because of all the flirting. In and outside of the ring.
âI donât know if I can do thisâ I said. âWe got itâ Colby said. Cupping my cheek. âNo kissingâ Jon said. âFor realâ Joe said. But I wanted to so badly. But not for those cameras.

After everything. We walked in the back together not saying anything. I mean we had just kissed and destroyed the shield on television. But that kiss didnât feel like acting. It felt real.
â.. I good jobâ Colby said. âMmmh we definitely sold that storyâ I said nervously. âYeahâ he said. âSo.. now I guess Iâll be traveling aloneâ I said. âAh no I donât want that travel with meâ Colby said. âYouâd let meâ I said. âYou arenât traveling alone I care about you too muchâ Colby said.
âOhâ I said. âDonât read into it and donât be late like you usually areâ Colby said kissing my cheek. I smiled. He then walked away. âSooooâ Nattie said as she walked up to me.
âI .. just wanna kiss his face offâ I said. âYou know that tension has always been there with you bothâ she said. âBut that kiss was just TVâ I said. âAnd he held it for longer than timedâ Nattie said. âWhat do I doâ I said. âGo make out with him or something girlâ Trinity said.
Later ..
The drive to the next city was long. And quiet. Just us talking mainly.
âYou are so quietâ Colby said. âA lot on my mindâ I said. âHmmm yeahâ Colby said. âBeen on any dates recentlyâ I said jokingly. âNo.. youâ Colby said. âEh and why not Colbs you can have any woman you wantedâ I said. âWell.. I.. only want this one soâ Colby said. âOh I seeâ I said.
âBut do youâ Colby said parking the car. At the hotel parking lot. âDo I whatâ I said. âDo you see it tooâ he said looking into my eyes. âWhatâ I said he cupped my cheek. âBecause the woman I want is.. right hereâ he said. âGod Iâm so crazy about herâ Colby said I kissed him.
He immediately kissed me back.
â.. I.. hmmâ I said laughing. âCanât speak either huhâ Colby said. âNo.. but I want you tooâ I said. âYeah I was hoping soâ Colby said. I chuckled. âLetâs go Iâm tiredâ I said.
We went up to our hotel room.
âIâll sleep on the couch I guessâ I said. âYou arenât doing thatâ Colby said. âColbs itâs fine I willâ I said setting my stuff on it. He then picked me up. âPut me downâ I said. He gently tossed me on the bed. âYouâre sleeping in this bedâ Colby said. âYes sir jeezâ I said he laughed. âGod look at youâ he said softly. âLord you can cut the tension with a knifeâ I said.
âMaybe we shouldâ Colby said. âI.. Iâ I said. âSorry we donât have to do anything Jo Iâm sorry if I made you uncomfortableâ he said moving away from me. âNo you didnâtâ I said.
We eventually just laid beside each other trying to fall asleep. But my heart was racing. Thinking about him. But why after all these years. I turned to face him. He was already looking at me.
âI canât sleep either you know..
He began to say but I kissed him. âShut upâ I said kissing him he pulled me close. âI can think of ways to help us both sleepââhe said I laughed. âMmmh Iâm inâ I said.
