🍂 Drinking hot cocoa/tea to warm up after being outside in the cold air ☕️

🍁 Soft blankets, stuffies, and fluffy pillows on a chilly evening 🧸

🍂 Halloween/thanksgiving cartoon specials 📺

🍁 Fuzzy socks and knee highs 🧦

🍂 Warm sunshine through the windowpane 🌞

🍁 Hot soup on a sick day 🍜

With each Fall, I become softer

As the nights grow darker, I become more rested

The trees are storing their energy, and so will I

I will get sufficient sleep

I look back on this year with gratitude and forgiveness

The cool air restores my energy

I will allow myself room to breathe and relax

There will be time for me to do the things I enjoy
