shoutout to selfshippers with low or no empathy! your f/os know that what defines you are your actions, and not your ability to feel other people's emotions or not! they wouldn't think you're a monster or evil, or are somehow lacking something that makes you human. even if your f/o is more empathetic than you they love you to the moon and back!! they really like that they can discuss heavy topics with you without making you upset, or that they can vent to you about their personal problems easily! you are so awesome and cool and loved and they will forever appreciate you

Having these issues doesn't mean you're hard to love or that you're a burden to your f/o. That's what they're here for. They want you and every piece of you, even if you think its too much to handle. They love you, and they will remind you everyday if that's what you need.

Using our f/os to punish ourselves or inflict emotional self harm is a hard habit to break and it may feel like its deserved, but its not. Your f/o doesn't want that. They want to be a light in the dark for you. Please remember when your brain is being cruel to you, your f/o wouldn't say or do those things.

Dont panic, we're okay. Which may seem impossible right now but nothing will happen. I'm very glad you guys are staying alert but don't stress yourselves out. Please try and follow this stuff logically with me, don't start worrying until you see multiple sources and people talking about said horrible thing or anxiety inducing topic and it becomes a nation wide issue. Take a break from social media if you have to. Block tags and unfollow people that stress you out. It's okay, you have every right too.

Take a deep breath and lean against your f/o(s), they got you. Put on your headphones, block out any voices and worries you have. Go to church, say a prayer, meditate, seek religious guidance/comfort, book a closer therapy appointment, draw your selfships or write about it. I have a bunch for you to look for :3

anything that will make you feel better. It will be okay for you, as long as you let it be okay. Your f/o(s) will never think you're weak or stupid for having this many worries and this much anxiety.

Your f/o will never try to force any unrequested eating habits on you. They won't shame you for how much you eat; they won't make snarky remarks or look at you despectively when eating; they won't comment negatively on your food choices.. !!

A meal you're obsessed with? They'll learn to make it just for you! And if they can't, they'll try to find a way to get you the best of its kind!

You like eating a lot of snacks and sweets? They know all your favorites and they love them as well! And if they don't like those kinds of foods? It doesn't matter; because they notice how your face immediately lights up after the first bite, and that's all that matters to them!

Always remember that a healthy relationship with food is one of the most important keys to self care! Don't let anyone shame you for it because your f/o is not ashamed to love you ♡

Shoutout to all the selfshippers who suffer from chronic fatigue, seasonal depression, chronic pain, or any other disability or illness that makes it hard to maintain energy throughout the day.
