His mother had been a dusk elf, saved to become an autumn fey under the care of Titania. That in itself would have been enough to have given the Queen his eternal gratitude and respect. And then she had hid them all, the demigods. If she had likely agreed to help create humanity to help the Gods obtain new vessels - he had lived long enough to decide if that was true than he couldn't completely blame her. If Titania had earned some ire for certain decision and also taken long to lend assistance to this growing disaster, he also came to the conclusion that it didn't matter anymore - not if she was here now. Maybe the avariel was bias. And maybe none of them were perfect, a Queen's burden was something that he would never understand. Despite all the years since they last saw one another, when Prometheus looked at Titania it was with every bit of the respect that he once had.
If not for the look in his face and his general demeanor, the avariel almost looked like how he was in Eden. Slightly pointed ears, and wings on his back to stretch the muscles there that he hadn't used in... ages. He greeted the archfey with an incline of his head. "Your Majesty. I have heard nothing of where you will be." No doubt, as Prometheus now hardly talked to people.
"Titania." She corrected, "I haven't been anyone's Queen since before all of this began." Her parentage had stemmed the rot in a way that it had not for Mneme, made it possible for Titania to fight, but in the end an Elysian prosthetic had still been fitting in the place of where her left arm and leg had once been. So golden it made every other metal look dull, it mirrored the tendrils of hair that flowed down her shoulder. "Fighting." Titania said, "The others and I will take the battle to the orchard of Telperion, The Great Old Ones will undoubtedly want to protect it, and considering how much they must despise me, I've no doubt they'll throw everything at us." With any luck, it'd be enough distraction for the others elsewhere.
There were parts of her that could not help but feel like she had been here before, and simultaneously she wondered if this fate might have somehow been avoided. "Gods are always cruel, aren't they?" Rhetorical, she didn't have to say as much to Prometheus, he'd given mortals a dangerous weapon to ensure their freedom: a will of their own. With it so much misery had come. Titania had given Eve a weapon of her own because she could not stand to see what they had made of Lilith. They all made their own monsters in the end. "My twin sister loathed me because Kthanid chose my mother and I, but not her: because I appeared elven and Ayi'ig looked much too like our father. Yig, a God and emissary of rot, reaper of the very plague that took half my body and tried to take my son. Violent and cruel, because of the two of them she died alone, cursing my name, cursing my line, cursing every elf and fey under the stars. Now she flies above us, her body claimed by a viper of a different cut, it doesn't matter how powerful you are, or how old you are. Pain is immortal and it always returns to find you again." Titania was rambling now, anyone could see that she was not the woman that she had been in Eden. She was a child then, and she was broken now. Resolved to save her children and her people, even at the cost of her life and the life of every other person here. Beneath the earth her children rotted to feed the Telperion grove, they suffered, and here she sat, staring into a fire like it might somehow save them all. "is there something you need, Prometheus?"
