i went scrolling through my various posts in places to make sure i'm right about my timeline for feeling worse and reacting to more shit. like maybe i was projecting because of how upset yesterday made me. but no, i start complaining about reactions like 2 months ago at the same time that i start complaining about my brain getting worse. the brain part also coincides with the end of wrestling class and feeling burnt out, but that should have no bearing on a progressive worsening of my allergies, so i'm pretty confident it's the mold job. can you tell my health issues are often dismissed as made up anxiety, does my obsessive need to catalogue proof of physical issues get that across
