People keep saying "What will it do? They obviously don't care about Trayvon Martin" well keep this in mind, many of you don't remember, but the officers who brutally beat Rodney King were acquitted at the state level, but convicted and sentenced at federal level. The out cry of the people helped tremendously in getting his case re-examined. So please don't think your voice won't be heard. Keep speaking up, keep protesting, turn your anger into proactiveness so that maybe, a difference is made. This does not just about Trayvon Martin. So many of us have been affected by a sensless murder and the killer is roaming free, do it for him or her, many of us also have been affected by racism, do it for you. We have to be an example for our next generation. Do it for them.

Pizza I made from scratch with a cauliflower crust... yes its really half a head of cauliflower. . Rice the tops of the cauliflower, u can grade them, use food processor, or put in blender with water then strain the water out immediately. It won't quite rice as fine, but it'll work. After its riced microwave for 4 min. Though u can't see it cauliflower is full of water, use a cheese cloth to strain out water. (Let it cool first though) add one egg or egg whites, 1/4 cup of reduced fat mozzarella, add preferred seasonings, mix up. It'll be gooey like dough, oil sheet or use parchment paper, shape dough to desired shape about a quarter of an inch thick. Put in preheated oven 450º for about 10-15 min. Take out oven add low sodium pizza sauce and what ever else u like on your pizza. I used spinach, rotisserie chicken breast, & fresh mozzarella. Place back in oven around 15 min. Let cool and Voila. . This is in my top 3 of best pizzas I've ever had. Entire 9in pizza is less than 350 cals and maybe 3 carbs..
