Ok, finally we got the famous Empyrean Suite in some interpretable notes. So I had the freedom (and fifteen minutes) to make something of it - an exerpt in fact. The first few notes you hear are the ones you can see - with a little goodwill.

This is meant for muses/ocs and is made very bluntly/rudely for the sake of character development. Can be answered ic or ooc. Please don’t ask traumatized people IRL these things.

[Hyperventilating] My muse going through emotional stress which gets to them, causing them to develop a fever and may faint.

[Masturbating] My muse is masturbating somewhere and your muse walks on them. 

[Puff puff] My muse is doing drug and by chance your muse stumbles upon them.

[Rage kill] My muse in a rage state, killed someone in front of your muse or your muse stumbled upon them.

[Removing a blade/bullet/arrow] My muse is removing something out of their body due to an injury and your muse finds them bleeding because of it.

[Shaking up] My muse is shaking up a leaf (cold or scared) and your muse finds them.

[Standing on a ledge] My muse is standing somewhere high and attempting to jump when your muse catches them in the act.

[Throwing up after seeing a nightmare] My muse runs to the bathroom to throw up after relieving one of their worst nightmares and your muse catches mine throwing up because of it.

[Throwing up after excessive drinking] My muse drank too much than they should and now they are throwing up in a corner by themself.

[Ugly Sobbing] My muse is crying their eyes out and your muse spots them.

[Yelling loudly until their voice cracks] My muse is yelling at something/one or at your muse.
